FULL DESCRIPTION:
One of our members helps run the Graybiel Laboratory of Human Spatial Orientation at BrandeisUniversity (Waltham, MA) where a subset of the lab is involved in a commercial astronaut training program. After a brief review of the relevant physics and physiology - and an explanation about the relevance to piloting aircraft - we will be taken on a tour of the lab where we'll get to see the lab's great toys, the largest being a 22’ diameter rotating room.
