Chapter 106

Greater Boston: JOIN ~200 members in New England

WELCOME !! -- ABOUT EAA Chapter 106

Whether you fly, build, restore or simply enjoy airplanes and aviation, you are welcome to attend our events and join our chapter. We are a group of aviation enthusiasts, aircraft builders, and pilots who get together with like minded people to share ideas, exchange information, encourage safety, serve the local aviation community and have a lot of fun doing so. Please come to our next meeting or event as our guest.  We hope you'll see enough to say EAA106 is an amazing chapter worth joining and supporting!

Founded in 1961, we are the largest (about 200 members) and probably most active chapter in New England!  With members from Cape Cod to Rhode Island, North of Springfield MA to Northwest NH, Concord to Portsmouth NH, and everywhere in between, we've far outgrown the original label as the "Greater Boston" chapter -- We're now greater than just the Boston area.

We have about 200 hundred members in MA, NH, RI, CT, and beyond (PA, GA, FL, VA, NM, CA).

~1/3 of our members have built, bought, or are building their own aircraft, ~1/3 own, rent, or fly as a profession in production aircraft, ~1/3 of our members are aviation enthusiasts (former pilots, veterans, student pilots and those with aviation dreams).   Whether you come for the seminars & events and/or the comradery, we welcome you to join and support our amazing chapter.
